I’ve always wanted to hit it further, from the time I first picked up a golf club.  I remember seeing a picture of a professionals swing and it captured my attention.

The photo showed him mid-down swing.  His hands were by his waist, but the club was pointing straight up and had a good amount of flex.  From that day I set out to imitate that position.

Over time I learned better ways to hit the ball, and some times I would hit it longer, but I just wasn’t consistent enough.  I remember one day going out to the driving range, and there was a fence at about 240 yards, about 60 feet high.  For one moment it clicked, and easily hit a 3 wood over that fence.  It was a warm sunny summer day.  I managed to do that a couple of times, then went back to over swinging and inconsistent hits.

It took me some time to figure things out.  I stopped playing golf for about 15 years.  I came back to it a 26 handicap, basically picked up where I left off.  I knew I could do better.  The pros I had taken lessons from had always told me that I could have been really good, if only I applied myself.

Over the next three years I worked on my swing and little by little I learned.  And what I learned astounded me.

I learned how to hit further and straighter with less effort.  I learned why that image I had from when I was a kid learning the game was wrong.  And how it had set me on the wrong path to pure ball striking.  And I learned how to hit it solid, time and again, with less effort.  This is what you will learn in this ebook.

Golf is not about power.  It is about efficiency.  And this book teaches you how to improve your efficiency, lower your effort, and hit longer straighter shots.  I am no longer a 26 handicap.  In one year I dropped to a 12, and in the last year I dropped to an 8.  I believe this year, I could go scratch.  Now I’m not saying you will have the same results, but what you will learn is how to be more efficient.  With that knowledge you can start your own Journey to Scratch.

This book will show you:

  • The secret to effortless power.
  • How you can hit the sweet spot more often.
  • How to use the swing path to add distance and accuracy.
  • How to stop tension from robbing you of distance.
  • How to create tour lag.
  • And more
